Should be clear enough, but is unstated. The cross polarizer filter
won't work with the T8, only the reflected light, not the flash output,
would be polarized, thus no cross.
As he says, though, T8 light is very, very soft/flat. Using a DSLR, I'd
try it first, before worrying about cross pol.
