Well hi Ed!!
I didn't know you were here too. I'm glad you are. It's a very good group
with a huge amount of knowledge and experience. Everyone is ready and
willing to help you with your photo questions!

Yea, I'm not sure which would be the best. Some like Tokinas and others
Sigma. I will also get a teleconverter to reach out a bit more. When I get
whatever I get I will send off a pic or 2 to you.

Take Care,
Allen

Hi Allen !

We post also together on the "My Olympus" Yahoo group.... ;-)
I would buy both and stack 'em ! haha ;-) Pickin...

I don't know Allen, which would be best, un-experienced in that area (so
far)... I have the E-1.
I think that many often to mention the " TOKINA " as being a pretty good
brand?

Do you plan on (trying to), get some shots of the lunar esclipse; if
possible?

Here I doubt it. It's been (still is too) cloudy and dreary......I might go
outside to "look" at 6:21 p.m. (NY), EST time....to see if I see anything
(with the moon), and such.

I ONLY have the 40-150mm (with the E-1, 2x equiv. would give me
300mm)....BUT....I don't know what I'll see... Hard to get a decent place to
setup...(live in town) and we still have a bunhc of snow from the
NorthEaster storm....etc...

I would like ot try if possible..........

So, Allen, I recently joined this "OM (for things regarding the E-1)", good
to hear from you....
Take care.........Allen (Have fun) If you have an adapter to fit the 4/3,
that might be for sale, or whatever you have, please drop me an e-mail..Ok?
(Thanks)

God Bless,
Ed (ELS)
