Congratulations!
You have just bought (and cheaply!) the OM end of your future set of
Olympus endoscopy equipment, probably with a clear focusing screen.
It will couple OM cameras with some of Olympus rigid borescopes as
well.
Just google Olympus SM-r and you will have a lot of hits...
