Thanks! I stopped for the sunset images of the lake, but was captivated
by the texture of those trees. The muted, bluish colors in general are a
result of being in the sahde of hills behind me approaching sunset. The
dead stems in the meadow also have a blue/purple cast to them anyway.

Yup, my regular companion. Very nice, quick access belt loop case keep
it ready.
It keeps impressing me. #1 was at -1/3 EV and I lost most of the sky.
#24 was at -2/3 EV and held most of the sky without losing the shadows.
You understand, of course, that they didn't look just exactly like that
straight from the camera.
