OK, I'll see if I can find it on the Internet; failing that I'll scan
the page. No, it's not a family secret, that's another recipe,
"Marqué au Chocolat". My mother's mother obtained it from the nuns
at the convent that my mother attended in Wellington, South India.
The nuns made it on feast days (it's also called Feast-Day Pudding)
and it is a very special chocolate concoction that is so addictive
that my brother and I have been known to guard the fridge over night
to stop the other stealing portions ...
