Chuck, you complained that your ISP was blocking all list mail, now your ISP
is sending through most of the message, and you're still complaining!?
Sheesh, there's just no satisfying some people ;-)  Heavy irony alert!

In my experience, your comment about cumulative memory errors is spot on,
over time the PC just starts to graon, at which Big Red Switch comes into
its own.  Shutting down and rebooting may well clear away a lot of evils.
But as far as it only taking a couple of minutes ... well that is not my
experience - it takes *several* minutes just to shut down fully, let alone
reboot (and that of course is dependant on how much strat up software is
loaded).

My version got cropped somehow.  Maybe a memory management bug :-) It was
supposed to say:  "Just a wild guess but I would suspect that the print
spooler encountered a bug and crashed.  Try rebooting both machines
involved."
