The Procell are a alkaline battery.
The internal resistance of an alkaline battery is too high form fast 
charging of a flash.
For flash use the NiMH battery is better and the Ni-Cad is even better 
because of the low internal resistance.
However, the NiHM battery will have a higher capacity.
