[OM] TOPE 27: initial launch coming up (call for entries)

Hi guys,

I plan to perform the initial launch of TOPE 27 around this Wednesday.

So far, there are 7 entries, which is a somewhat meagre amount when 
compared to initial launches of other TOPEs.

Surely more people have shots lined up for this TOPE, so now would be a 
good time to start sending them to me. :)
