I'm pretty certain the E-1 came with a remote. The E-300 (which is handy)
can be set to 30 seconds or B. I carry a remote with me (hopefully the one
for the E-300). I've only tried it once to see if it functioned at all.

I seem to have just noticed that, bizarrely, Olympus has not made available
a cable release (wireless or not) available for the E1. Can this possibly be
true? I'm planning to do a little night photography, and I hope to avoid
having to hold my finger on the shutter button for half a minute or so.
