The average sales price at eBay.de (Germany) is 
at 127 EURO, with a standard deviation of 36 EURO. 
That may give a price range for any repair calc.
My stats tried to avoid to list those infamous 
hazy/cloudy ones. But if a seller lied about that, 
eh -- didn't 'mention', I could not know.
