a question to wonder is their authority for directing that no photos be
taken of the courthouse building. Either these people have an objective
mandate to follow with suitable statutory authority, or they become, in
effect, local bully boys. One day the courthouse may be a "security
problem", the next day a bus stop, museum, any tall building, public park,
and so on.
