Just a thought here, but you might want to look at the negs. One
of my cameras has a very strange alignment problem where the
film frames are off in alignment by 1 millimeter. The frame is
actually rotated on the film slightly.

CLA's and careful inspection have never found the cause. I just
chalk it up to around 80-100,000 exposures.  Not really worth
worrying about at this point.  I guess I can blame it on the
fact it's an OM-2S as they're not supposed to last past five
rolls of film.
