Thank you guys.
All your suggestions are very helpful indeed. I shouldn't spend much time to
mess around when there is alternative to work on. I dig into my drawer and
find a OP Auto Teleplus 2x converter. I guess this is cheap enough to
unscrewthe lenses group and make myself a 26mm extension tube (auto too :-)
Iintend to hook it up with my 50mmF3.5 Macro for 1:1 life size pics.
