Gasoline prices in Europe and North America are going to be increasing
substantially in the near future. The increased appetite for fuel in Asia,
at the same time the world supply is peaking, will drive this. China is
establishing new alliances with oil producing nations to assure their supply
and the rest of the world had better "stand by for a ram." Life styles will
