Yes, it's a 135/f2.8, a Vivitar 2x multiplier matched to the 75-205, and
a Vivitar automatic 36 mm extension tube. No vignetting, but it needs
precise focusing, and either a tripod or comatose bugs. And more light
than a t32 with a diffuser gives.
