Dunno, I thought that was your figure!!!
Having said that, the nominal capacity is measured under set
conditions, such as a fixed discharge current and terminated when the
cell reaches some specified voltage. (Same goes for auto batteries).
If the discharge current is much lower, the nominal capacity quoted
may be optimistic because the self discharge of the cell may become
dominant. (In the limit, if the cell is left on the shelf and never
discharged into an external load, its nominal capacity would be zero
if it had fully self-discharged when you came to use it!).
