Not sure but I would certainly get trapped, skinned and eaten...

Why oh why would you want to replace a simple set of interconnects with
complex analogug to digital converter, send it through wifi with the
possibility of interference and channel contention with other devices
using or poluting the channels and then convert it back into analog.
wifi uses ethernet (802.11) protocols and *does* *not* *guarantee* the
integrity of the frames it sends. Infact it has little ability to even
detect errors inside the payload part of the packet only the header has
some error detection and limited correction. So you would require a layer
of software above this like TCP/IP to provide reliable streamed packet
delivery. But then TCP/IP does not have any guarantees about how long it
would take to deliver a packet. So the data stream will not be smooth....
Ethernet also have no real time guarentees because of its channel
contention algorithm
