John Fluke Sr. had as his primary business ethic to 'always make the
customer feel that they're getting more than they paid for'.  Built quite a
reputation treating people that way.  That was then, this is now.... Sigh.

Must maximize shareholder return.  We're competing in the marketplace for
shareholders.  Got to improve the numbers.

Never hear much mention of customers around here anymore...
