You can get the motor drive plates for the OM1 and OM2 from Beljan
Manufacturing, 7675 Carlisle Road, Wellsville, PA 17365. They prefer to sell
on EBAY but you might be able to buy direct. This link shows the current
offerings from Beljan:

I think you can still get the OM3 and OM4 motor drive caps from Camtech or
