An the level of communication has amazingly doubled. She has talked more to me, 
in the last 3 months, than all the 2 years she kept to her room -door closed- 
and yelling about "her privacy". But I'm told , by my fellow work fathers, that 
this is a perk of their now being on their own.  

Please, stop with the grandchildren references- I'm too young! }:^)>
