[OM] OM-4 "Safe" Adaptall 2 mounts?

Anyone have an OM-4 safe Adaptall 2 mount that they would care to sell? I 
now have two Tamrons with the nasty mounting screw position... I know I can 
fill in the offending screwhead with epoxy, but thought I'd see if anyone 
had a spare one of the "safe" versions.  Thanx!
