E-1 is already shipping to dealers, so it is essentially on sale.

Olympus has removed all MA-1 references from their dealer list of  E-1
system items.  Image was theirs, though I never saw it on the Olympus site,
I got it from DPreview.  I am assuming all pics are gone from the dealer
section.

Since Olympus America is a wholly owned subsidiary of Olympus Japan, it will
be Japan's decision to allow the MA-1 to be sold or not.  (Someone else
will) build it and they will come.  ;-)
