Seems like you could file or grind one down to the same size as an Olympus
screen, if the other screen is plastic. You need to find a manufacturer that
uses larger screens. This would need to be done carefully to avoid
'off-center' focusing aids, etc. Also you won't want to warp the screen, and
it needs to fit flat at the same plane as the Olympus screen, with its
'index' on the correct surface. Some manufacturers use condenser lenses
combined with the screen, those won't work.

Someday I'm going to refit an OM screen into a Pen F that I have that has a
bad screen...
