Hi Chris,
my mom who lives in Spain tells me that the Guggenheim
Museum in Bilbao is well worth a visit to see the
architecture. She has been there repeatedly. The
changing exhibitions they run may or may not be of
your taste or interest; the building is the star. I
don't know if and to what degree photographing is
allowed on the inside.
