Once upon a time, my parents owned a camera store. Not long after they
opened, a shipment came in from Kodak via Red Ball Express. When it was
unloaded, it was obvious that it had sat in the heat for some time.

My father refused the shipment and informed his Kodak rep that 1) he would
refuse future shipments via that carrier, period; 2) that he would do the
same for any other carrier that allowed color film, paper, and chemicals to
sit in the heat for extended periods of time; and 3) Kodak really ought to
know better than that.

He never had another problem.
