They are two different set of lenses!!! One is the Cosina brand OM mount. I guess they turn in the Zuiko direction and probably get rebadge as Vivitar/Phoenix lenses (or may be they are Phoenix lenses? whatever)

What Skip and others are referring to is the Cosina made Voigtlander labelled "SL" lens. They are very nicely made and are based on their rangefinder lens in Leica Screw Mount lens (except for the 40mm "pancake"). Those ones are top in optical quality but the helical direction is that of the Nikkor lens.

Are you guys dead sure about the focus direction of Cosina-made OM mount lenses sold separatly from the OM-2000 body? There's a German language guy (foto-walser) with e*ay auctions and all his Cosina-OM lens shots show OUR focus direction, not the Nikon focus direction. Of course some of his Cosina-OM auctions also have pictures of Nikon-index prong lenses so this isn't the best barometer. Still, even those prong-equipt photos show Cosinas focussing like Zuikos, not Nikkors.
