For my tabletop photos of ebay items, I take a rollup blind down from a
window.  I let it drape in an arc, as a seamless background on a table.  The
table is lit from above by florescents.  Since I shoot on C-41 and scan on a
film scanner, I don't even bother with the FL filter.
