I don't think the 80/4 lens will fit on a 14mm tube, the back of the lens
will hit the mirror. It will work in the 65-116 Auto tube, but I think the
paintings will need to be pretty small as the magnification is high even at
65mm extension. I think I'd look into the 50/3.5, 50/2.0, or 90/2.0 Zuiko
macro lenses, or one of the aftermarket 90/?? macro lenses. For a flat
subject like a painting a macro lens should yield good results.
