I can't say for positive, but I thought the only difference between the
3 and 3t was the ability to do Super FP. I only have a 3t and have
never held a 3, but the OM-3 has the same meter system as the OM-4
and certainly has the contacts on the top for normal TTL flash control.
Just not the extra contacts for Super FP.
