It does look a little starnge in all three photos, however his ebay rating is 
very high.  If I liked the price, I'd probably email the seller telling him I 
was going to use BIN and that I assumed this was glare and not a damaged 
filter ring.  The I'd BIN.  My 2 cents worth.  Bill BArber
