Just my thoughts.
If it's just to have the links and if you don't want to flood your bookmarks
you could simply copy them into a document that will allow interactive links
such as MS Word or an email draft. You could also prepare a website where
you add links. If you know how to do it you could even create a online form
to add and remove the links from the site. Someone familiar with CGI, PERL,
PHP? Hmmm, maybe I should give it a try...

Mmmm... isn't it easier and much faster to just bookmark the item's
page? And no waiting for eb*y download. I set netscape <HOME> button to
my bookmark file so the links are right there.
