Film is not that expensive. It costs at least as much as printing on a
printer. Now your costs will be photo paper, CD burners, and media cards of
whatever stripe you wish.

PS Buy a used Blad, it really is the best. Forget the electronics...only if
you do it for pay. If for pleasure, it doesn't matter and the electronic
jobs may substitute for your brain in a pinch. Also the wonderbricks work
best when used on MANUAL.

Yup, went to the camera store in Des Moines and traded in the OM
kit for a new digital system. Bought an Olympus E20 with every
imaginable lens and flash accessory. Nice! Karen is pleased
that the film budget will finally be under control. Was able to
swing the transaction without any cash. They gave me enough
trade-in allowance to cover 1000f the purchase price.
