I just saw the macro photo catalog PDF at this address

and it got me to thinking. Olympus touts the tube,
rightfully as a portable, compact and durable field
replacement for the auto bellows (and I definitely
agree.) The thing I was wondering aobut is if any of
the other big camera makers have anything like this?
Or do they just have regular macro lenses. I know that
Olympus OM still has the most complete Macro system of
any I'm just wondering that if in the interim from
1980 any other camera manufacturer has followed suit
with their own auto extension tube type of thing?
