My vote goes for everyone buying the CD (I haven't, yet).
It's far too useful to have on open access on a voluntary basis. I think we
expect too much.
I can't believe people are so greedy, but obviously it happens. If we do
find another place to host it, can we somehow limit the access to list
members? I know this is quite draconian, but at least there would be some
control over excessive use (i.e., bounce the culprits...).
Of course, I know sweet FA about the technicalities of all this.
