I agree wholeheartedly and I also think web page authors should
furthermore be required to view their handiwork with an older computer
running out of date software at the end of a long phone wire. Not
everyone buys a new state of the art computer every year nor has DSL
ASDN or whatever.
Whew! Got that off my chest.
