Everyone's going digital in NA - faster submission to the newspapers &
magazines. So you should really look at Canon & Nikon digital camera$.
3-5 Megapixels will handle most situations, even a Life double-page spread.

Of course, if you wait 6 months, they'll be better & cheaper....
