My 28mm Tokina used to do this. I thought it was because the rear element had
come unscrewed at one point and was not properly fixed.
If you stop down the lens, and if you don't blow up the results more than 4x6,
I think the answer will be a.
My eventual answer was to buy a nice Zuiko from a list member.
