About 20 years ago an old friend was taking his last float trip down the
Middle Fork of the Salmon River and came up on a large encampment of
hippies. There were about ten women wading in the river naked and were
giving the boaters a very revealing wiggle show. My friend took a whole roll
of pictures with the lens cap on. They hassled him about that until the day
he died. I've always been a little gun shy about range finder cameras after
that. (I'm really absent-minded.)

Yeah, I've done that too, but not with an Oly. It was the Rollei 35S about
20 years ago. It's a great technique for splendid photographs of black
bears hibernating in a deep cave during the dead of winter on a new moon at
midnight.
