As a comparison, Jessops in the UK did the sepia-C41-version for me for 3.99ukp
overnight but wanted 9.50ukp and 5-7 working-days for black-and-white paper.

To confirm what other people have said - yes, you can get rid of the
cast by getting the lab to print it on b&w paper. More expensive,
though.
