Dan, There are no lame questions and I hope I won't give you a lame answer. You would need a B setting on your camera for time exposures and a cable release. I don't think the OM 10 offers the B setting. That is not a problem, because if you hang around this list long enough, you will have an Olympus camera body with the B setting.
