Subject: Identify this light leak??

While on a recent trip, a handful of shots on only one
roll had this curious what looks like a light leak to
me - - always on the bottom of the picture. This one
is one of the worst, some are smaller, but always with
the similar pointed shape(s). The camera is an OM-1
MD. Film is E200 Ektachrome. Anyone with any idea of
what caused it?
Note - please excuse the crude slide scan -it is
actually just a digital camera picture of the slide
projected on a screen.
