Form factor really isn't a problem. If you put the smaller 357 cell into the
OM1 battery compartment, it will work fine without anything else being done
despite its much smaller diameter. You might or might not need to bend the
spring a bit to push harder on the 357 cell to keep it from rattling
around - but in my OM1n that wasn't a problem.
