[OM] [OT] short dated film at B&H

I'm sure this has been covered over and over, but....
B&H has some Velvia that expires on 08/01.
If I plan on using it in the next four months, is there any reason why I
shouldn't get it instead of the regular priced stuff?
...and what about USA vs. grey market on film?
