It's a pretty smart virus. If finds an Office document on your machine,
steals the name, uses a part of it in the subject line and attaches a
document with the same name except a PIF or BAT extra extension. Easy to
miss.
More importantly, you DIDN'T get it from Marco Valdez-Sanchez. You got it
from someone who has both YOU and MARCO in their address book. It picks one
person to send it to (YOU) and one person to send it from (MARCO). Makes it
hard to trace back.
