My biggest beef with *Bay's feedback system is that it's too cut and
dried. I'd prefer at least a 5-point system (very satisfied, somwhat
satisfied, neutral, somewhat dissatisfied, very dissatisfied). Better yet,
it'd be nice to have several factors to rate on... promptness, quality of
product compared to the auction description, etc. I've had a couple of
transactions where I was happy with the product, but not-so-happy with
the speed at which my e-mails were answered or the product sent.
Frankly, the 3-point system just doesn't cut it in my books.
