[OM] Flying shutter problem

Hello all,
 
I am about to buy an om2spot. I know of the possible "flying shutter
strings"-problem but which om2spots are affected? 
All? Manufactured before a certain date? 
And when this problem occurs is it hard to fix or is it a relatively small
repair?
