Yes - I have one. A cheap 'Focal' filter with a half macro diopter and half
nothing, so you have to be careful to lose the horizon line in the
shrubbery. Cokin also make a similar one and B+W have a couple under the
name Bifo - although theirs is an insert of about a one quarter macro field
in a full filter and is pricey, as you would expect from much higher
quality. Haven't got around to using it yet   :-)  The movie lens I
mentioned however, is a genuine massive DOF lens at a reasonable aperture.
