Why should we shoot all the ISO 25 NOW?

Kodachrome 25 is K-14 process . . . just like the ISO 64 and ISO 200, which they are still making. I would imagine ISO 64, by far the most popular speed, will be around in 35mm for a while longer. They're still making PKR-64, the pro version, because of demand for it.

120/220 Kodachrome has been discontinued for quite some time; not surprising it can no longer be processed.
