The Bessa R has a smaller RF (effective) baseline than the Konica RF.
It is also smaller and lighter (not to mention cheaper). There have been
many complaints about the feel of the plastic back, and reports of
vertical misalignments on some of them.
The Konica is a lot more money, quieter than the Bessa R, louder
than an M, has a longer lag time than the M, about even with the
Bessa R. You can interchange lenses between the Konica and your M3,
even the 28mm (by buying a Voightlander finder), so there's compatibility
with either Bessa or Konica, though neither is as fine an instrument as
the M3.
You could search for a Summaron with 'eyes'. I used to have one
for my M3 and it worked fine (with all the good and bad of the older
Leitz optics).
I see 'the fever' has crept over you...again. :-) Don't forget,
you'll still be wanting a pocketable camera, so leave a few budgetary
bucks for that XA or Epic !
