I use the old style follow focus (bellows style) Novoflex with a 240mm head.
It focusses very close and works well with a OM 1.4X to get even closer.
The newer follow focus bodies have an added accessory bellows that allows
very close focus with the longer (400mm etc) heads. I have never worked out
the magnification with the 400mm head but it does get pretty close.
